Welcome to Lantern Bay Resort on the Severn River! This 900 square foot 3 bedroom "cottage" is turn-key and is set back in a quiet area of the Resort. Inside you'll find a large open concept living/dining/kitchen area, primary bedroom with ensuite, and 2 bunk bed rooms that have good storage. Outside the extensive decking have 2 gazebos with screening, a firepit, and 2 parking spaces. Lantern Bay has lots to offer: a stunning beach and swimming area, a full size sports court, 2 swimming pools, horseshoe pits, shuffleboard, picnic area, firepit area, playground, a huge pavilion for gatherings, a gym, and a laundry building. Plus there are docks for seasonal rental and a boat launch too. Your yearly fee of $9925 + HST includes access to all activities and amenities, lot rental, hydro, water, sewer, and lawn maintenance. You are only responsible for your propane and internet (if you chose to have it). Lantern Bay is open May 1st - October 31st only. If you wish to rent your unit, it can be done through the Resort's rental program. Private rentals are not allowed. HST is NOT applicable to the sale of this cottage. If you don't wish to be a part of the Resort, you are able to remove your unit and have it placed elsewhere.
