Some amenities you’ll find within the community is the Sandycove Mall which features a drugstore, variety store, hair salon, and the Cove Café restaurant. The Cove Café is a popular spot for Sandy Cove residents to enjoy breakfast or lunch. For other urban amenities like grocery shopping and health centers, residents must travel to Innisfil or the City of Barrie. There’s a No Frills and Sobey’s along the main street in Innisfil as well as a Shopper’s Drug Mart for any grocery needs, gas stations, and other services that aren’t accessible from within the Sandy Cove community. The City of Barrie has a state-of-the-art hospital with some of the best-specialized care just 30 minutes away.
