Since launching Your North Life in March of 2021, our community of local businesses and individuals continues to grow. With a new year beginning and new followers to our community, we thought it would be a great time to re-introduce ourselves to provide a glimpse of what the Your North Life brand is.

By creating a community of small businesses, local influencers, and creatives we’re able to promote the region in a way that will inspire businesses and individuals to move North. The platform is innovative in the sense that it gives people the information they need to get a feel of what North life is and how to experience everything that our region has to offer.
The website yournorthlife.ca was created to improve the home buying and selling experience while highlighting the exclusive lifestyle the Greater Simcoe Muskoka region offers. The website has been broken down by each neighborhood in the City of Barrie, as well as towns and cities across Simcoe County and Muskoka. It features neighborhood profiles, real estate listings, local stories, and a shop local business directory.
When you visit the blog portion of the website you will find in-depth neighborhood profiles that provide more information about living in that specific neighborhood, schools and childcare, parks, recreation, new developments happening, important amenities, and local places to eat. In addition, we provide information on experiences in the area, important relocation information, and local business highlights.
Lastly, the shop local business directory portion showcases some amazing local businesses that have become part of our community. Businesses range from decor to dining, fashion to art, entertainment, and lodging.
